SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered into on November 22, 2024, by and between:
- Assemble Handyman Services (“Service Provider”)
- Holy Trinity High School (“Client”)
1. Scope of Work
The Service Provider agrees to provide two contractors to perform desk assembly services for the Client at the address:
Holy Trinity High School, 1443 W Division St, Chicago, IL 60642.
The work will be performed on the following dates:
- December 23, 26, 27, 30
- January 2, 3
Contractors will work 8 hours per day from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
2. Fee Structure
The Client agrees to pay $150 per hour for the services of two contractors. The estimated total cost is:
- 6 Days x 8 Hours x $150/hour = $7,200
The final amount due will be based on actual hours worked.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the final invoice. Any variations in the schedule or additional time required will be communicated and invoiced accordingly.
4. Changes to Scope or Schedule
If additional services or hours are requested by the Client, the Service Provider will confirm these changes in writing. Adjustments to the total cost will be agreed upon prior to commencing additional work.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide the following:
- A safe and suitable working environment.
- Access to necessary locations for desk assembly.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 24 hours’ written notice. Any hours worked up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
7. Liability
The Service Provider will take all reasonable care while performing the services. However, the Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damages, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, or issues beyond their control.
8. Acceptance of Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
